Thanks for your interest in Black Canyon Bows. My goal is to create a bow that is unique and customized for an individual archer. My bows are all handmade and come with a five year warranty so you wil be hunting with it and shooting it for years to come. You may order draw weight at the standard 28 inch draw or you may or at your actual draw length. Draw length is measured from the string to the far side of the shelf. I will try to come as close to the weight ordered as I possibly can. Due to variations in materials I advertise that draw weights will be within +/- 2 pounds of the ordered weight. If desired, the draw weight can be made to the exact specified draw weight but this may add to the lead time and result in additional cost. Please call for details.
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total order price is required to begin the building process. After your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation either by Email or through the postal service. Please double check this confirmation and notify us promptly of any corrections or changes. Please give us a shipping address where there will be someone available to receive and sign for the bow. Delivery time will depend on how many orders are ahead of yours, but generally you can expect shipment approximately 6 to 8 months from the date we receive your order. These bows are true custom bows and are not mass produced with automated machinery so delivery times may be longer than a production bow from a less custom shop.
